Perhaps nothing distinguishes Texas as much as its diverse selection of mouth-watering foods. And the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival has you covered. From burritos to brats, and barbecue to, well, barbecue, the Texas Reds Festival shines as a culinary treat for the Bryan-College Station area. Oh, and there will be just a bit of steak.
Food Vendor Application
The City of Bryan Parks & Recreation department invites you to apply to participate in the 7th Annual Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival to be held Sept. 27-28, 2013 in Historic Downtown Bryan.
Please review all application instructions carefully and note that the deadline for submitting the application for the Texas Reds Festival is August 5, 2013. You will be notified of acceptance by mail. Cashier checks, money orders and photos will be returned only to those applicants not selected.
Please remember to include the following items once you have completed the application.
(1) Your entry fee
(2) Notarized hold harmless agreement
(3) Copy of Texas Sales Tax and Use permit
(4) Current photos of your products you intend to you use, and your overall display. (Color photocopies are acceptable.)
Texas Reds is an outdoor event and there are no refunds for inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel prior to August 5, 2013: 100% refund
Cancel August 6 to Sept. 6, 2013: 50% refund
Cancel on or after Sept. 7, 2013: No refund

If you’re selected to be a vendor
If chosen as a festival vendor you must be available for set up on Friday or Saturday morning and tear down Saturday night, according to assigned times. At the end of the event no vehicular traffic is permitted on festival grounds until after clearance by festival officials, no earlier than 10:30 p.m.
Pet owners will be responsible for keeping their pets leashed at all times and disposing of all pet waste along with providing necessary water and shade for their animal. Please have proof of rabies certificate available upon request.
Each accepted vendor will receive 2 admission wristbands in their event packet, regardless of booth size, for unlimited festival access. Additional wristbands may be purchased with your registration for $4.00 each or $5.00 each upon arrival.
